The owner of the Internet store https://hope-fashion.hr/ (hereinafter Webshop HOPE Fashion) is
HOPE Fashion j.d.o.o., Importanne Center, Trg Ante Starčevića 7, 10000 Zagreb.
The general business conditions of the Internet store https://hope-fashion.hr have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Obligations Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
Please, as users, carefully read these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the General Terms and Conditions) of the internet store https://hope-fashion.hr.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you declare that you are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, that you agree with and that you accept the rules and conditions stated in them. If you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, please contact us and do not use this site during this time.
All advertisements, photographs and information about the products subject to sale are the property of the Seller, who is solely responsible for the content of the advertisement, which includes responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information and for obligations arising from the content of the advertisement.
The user agrees to use the web store exclusively in accordance with the positive regulations for reviewing published content, purchasing available products by submitting legally valid orders and communicating with the seller.
The buyer can only be an adult able-bodied natural person and legal entity.
The contract may be concluded in the name and on behalf of the minor and the incapacitated person by his / her legal representatives or guardians.

Terms of purchase
These terms of purchase define the procedure:

The Seller (Supplier) is HOPE Fashion j.d.o.o. via the Internet store https://hope-fashion.hr (hereinafter Webshop HOPE Fashion).
The buyer of the goods is a visitor of the online store https://hope-fashion.hr who selects at least one product, puts it in the cart, fills in the electronic order form and sends the order to the Seller.
The buyer of the goods can be a visitor of the online store as a guest user or a registered user.
Purchasing as a guest user allows the customer to purchase all available products and the entered data is used only for the current purchase, but will not be stored in the customer database of the Internet store.
Purchasing as a registered user provides the customer with additional options such as:
- Faster ordering and billing process
- Review of past orders
- Change account information
- Save additional delivery addresses
All prices are expressed in the Croatian national currency Croatian kuna (kn) or the currency of the European Union EURO (EUR).
The prices of the products do not include the price of transport, delivery or postal services, which are charged additionally.

1. Ordering
Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Goods are ordered by electronic form.
After concluding and sending the order, the customer will receive an e-mail automatically generated message by the Webshop HOPE Fashion system that the order has been received.
The customer will receive an order confirmation notification by e-mail after checking the availability of the product.
If the Seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, it will timely inform the Buyer by e-mail and inform him about other possibilities.
If the Buyer does not agree with the offered changes or delays, he can cancel the order in its entirety.
The buyer can cancel the order until the moment of its sending and after that the buyer is obliged to pick up the shipment.
2. Payment
In the Webshop HOPE Fashion it is possible to choose the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery is only possible in cash when picking up the shipment from the delivery service.
By payment to the seller's bank account
Payment by direct payment to the Seller's bank account is possible via Internet banking, payment slip or bank transfer at the bank, post office or FINA.
When choosing this method of payment, the customer will receive all the necessary information for payment by e-mail.
3. Delivery
Delivery price is 30.00 kn - without any additional costs.
Free delivery is for all orders above 299.00 kn value of the ordered goods (without delivery).
As part of its special offers, the seller can offer free delivery for orders in timeg consumer complaints (a written consumer complaint form is available below).

Resolving consumer disputes
We hereby inform you that we resolve any dispute amicably - by mutual agreement, as well as your right to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms with the right to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution by submitting an application to the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and / or submitting a conciliation proposal to the Croatian Conciliation Center. Purchase agreement
The subject of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product through the Webshop HOPE Fashion with the payment of the price of that product and delivery costs.
The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) via the Internet.
These General Terms and Conditions as well as the individual terms of sale indicated with information on certain products represent the offer of the Webshop HOPE Fashion for the conclusion of the Contract.
By registering, concluding an order or otherwise determined by these Terms and Conditions, the User accepts them as such, which is considered to be the concluded Agreement between the User and the HOPE Fashion Webshop, according to the terms of sale stated in these Terms and Conditions.
The contract does not enter into force by the order itself and the receipt of an automated message from the Webshop HOPE Fashion system that the order has been received, because at the time of the order the product may change availability or price.
The contract enters into force and is binding when Webshop HOPE FAshion confirms the availability and price of the product and, depending on the method of payment, sends an official binding offer for payment by bank transfer or sends the buyer an invoice and notification of the time of shipment (cash on delivery).

Webshop HOPE Fashion is the owner of the copyright, conceptual and execution project as well as all software applications on this site. All photographs, as well as all textual materials are the property of the HOPE Fashion webshop, and without the knowledge and written consent it is not allowed to copy and / or use the information displayed on this site for commercial purposes.
All rights reserved. By using this website, you expressly undertake not to use the data and information, and in particular photographs and texts, as well as any other materials owned by the HOPE Fashion Webshop, for actions or purposes prohibited by law or prohibited by these conditions.
